In 2003, to better serve the industrial and construction sectors, the two companies joined forces to form: Canadian Fasteners Hegedus Ltd.

Due to the service and integrity given to all of their customers, Canadian Fasteners Hegedus Ltd has become one of the leaders in their respective fields.
